The issue
A leading global beverage company planned to broaden the commercial perspective and general management skills of its most senior managers and potential high flyers.
The action
We worked closely with the company to create a workshop that reflected the corporate circumstances at the time of delivery. The week-long programme was delivered jointly by our trainers and the company’s senior functional executives, together with the chief executive. In addition, we introduced a competitive business simulation to stimulate further discussion and explore practical implementation issues. This allowed participants to apply the issues addressed in a realistic commercial context.
The outcome
The programme was a considerable success, with all participants able to identify three specific actions to focus on once they returned to the workplace.
